Most packaging starts from 100 to 300 units, depending on format. Video packaging and wooden boxes can begin from around 50 units. Merchandise often starts at 50.
A simple mailer can be produced in 3 to 4 weeks. Video packaging, tubes and wooden boxes usually take 5 to 8 weeks. Advent calendars need 8 to 12 weeks. Tell us your delivery date and we work backwards.
Yes. We build a white structural sample, or a printed prototype for larger runs, so that you can approve fit, feel and finish before production.
We can work from your artwork, adapt your identity to our dielines or design from scratch. Dielines are provided free with every quote.
A small HD screen is mounted inside the lid or body. A magnetic sensor wakes it on opening. Content is loaded onto each unit and the battery is rechargeable by USB-C.
Yes. Name cards, variable QR codes, handwritten notes and different inserts per segment are routine on our fulfilment line.
We offer FSC-certified board, mono-material tubes, moulded pulp inserts, water-based coatings and plastic-free closures. We will tell you honestly when a finish compromises recyclability.
Yes. We ship to the UK, EU, US and further afield, with duties and delivery windows confirmed at quote stage.
Vector PDFs or layered design files are best. We will check your artwork against the dieline and report issues within one working day.
