Example project / Food and drink
Food-grade tubes for a tea range
Barrier-lined tubes in natural board with a single-colour wrap and a paper-seal lid.
The brief
A marketing team in the food and drink sector needed a food-grade tube that would be remembered long after the campaign calendar moved on. The audience was small, senior and used to receiving things, so the pack had to be decisively better than the usual courier box. The deadline was fixed and the budget was shared across several stakeholders.
What we made
We began with a structural sketch and a white sample, then agreed materials, finishes and a clear order of reveal. Barrier-lined tubes in natural board with a single-colour wrap and a paper-seal lid. Every component was checked against the dieline, colour-matched on press and assembled in controlled batches before dispatch.
The result
The campaign delivered 6,000 units on schedule, with each pack arriving intact and photographed by recipients. The team reported stronger reply rates than their previous mailers and reordered a smaller second run for late additions.
