When tasked with designing luxury tubes for Disney’s 50th anniversary celebration, Magellan rose to the occasion. The finished packaging exceeded expectations, perfectly capturing the essence of Disney magic. Both Magellan and Disney were delighted with the outcome, as the cylindrical design brought the Disney experience to life in a truly enchanting way.

Branded Tubes

500 branded butted tubes were carefully crafted, incorporating rolled ends to prevent paper peeling and elevate their visual appeal. The design consideration not only ensures durability but also adds to the overall aesthetic charm.

These tubes were precisely engineered to accommodate the contents of Disney’s 50th-anniversary merchandise, comprising a delicate glass bottle adorned with twinkling lights. The dimensions of the tubes were specifically tailored to snugly house these commemorative items, optimising both protection and presentation.

With an internal diameter measuring 80mm and a height of 280mm, these tubes provide the perfect fit for the contents, maintaining their integrity while showcasing them in an elegant manner. Each detail was thoughtfully considered to offer a seamless experience for recipients of the Disney 50th anniversary merchandise.

The Print & Customisation

The entire tube was adorned with a full CMYK custom print, complemented by a matt lamination for added durability. The logo, rendered in metallic ink, imparted a shimmering effect, evoking the magical essence of Disney.

In crafting the design, we opted for four distinct variations, with two unique designs gracing the top and bottom of the tube. This approach allowed each side to tell a different story, enhancing the overall visual appeal.

Attention to detail was paramount, with every inch of the tube meticulously covered, including the lid and base featuring the iconic Walt Disney logo. This level of precision ensured that the packaging aligned seamlessly with Disney’s brand identity and mission.
